Terms of Use
Last updated 25 September 2026
These terms apply to your use of PitchFork, the service desk and client portal operated by LeedsLink IT Services (“we”, “us”), including the pages at leedslinkit.co.uk and support.leedslinkit.co.uk. By signing in or using PitchFork you agree to them. If you use PitchFork on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.
Your account
- Accounts are created by invitation. You must not share your account or let anyone else use it.
- Keep your sign-in details secure, and tell us straight away if you think your account has been misused.
- We may suspend or remove an account that is inactive, is being misused, or belongs to someone who has left your organisation.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use PitchFork for anything unlawful, or to send malicious files or content;
- try to access another organisation’s data, or to bypass or test our security without our written permission;
- interfere with the service or place unreasonable load on it.
Your information
You keep ownership of the information you submit. You give us permission to store and use it to provide our services to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Integrations and invoicing
PitchFork connects to third-party services such as Microsoft 365, Action1 and QuickBooks Online. Invoices created in PitchFork are issued and emailed through QuickBooks, and those services are governed by their own providers’ terms. We are not responsible for outages or changes at those providers.
Availability
We aim to keep PitchFork available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may carry out maintenance or change features from time to time.
Ownership
PitchFork, its design and its software belong to LeedsLink IT Services. We give you a limited, non-transferable right to use it for the purpose of receiving our services. You may not copy, resell or reverse engineer it.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Where you have a services agreement with us, that agreement’s terms on liability apply to your use of PitchFork. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of PitchFork.
Ending your use
You can stop using PitchFork at any time. We may end or suspend access if you break these terms or if our services agreement with you ends.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use PitchFork means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
